1. Agreement to Terms

Multigraphic.lb is a digital engineering and creative architecture studio based in Beirut, Lebanon. We provide the following services:

• Media production (video, photography, motion graphics)
• Digital strategy consulting

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals signed between the Company and the Client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Company Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, software, designs, and their arrangement — is the exclusive property of Multigraphic.lb and is protected by Lebanese and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for project deliverables transfer to the Client as specified in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of Multigraphic.lb.

3.3 Portfolio Usage

Multigraphic.lb reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or creating a client portal account
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website in a manner that could damage or impair it
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or client portal
• Not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through our forms or communication channels
• Comply with all applicable Lebanese and international laws

5. Client Portal

Access to the Client Portal is provided exclusively to authorized clients via invitation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at our discretion if we detect a security breach or violation of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements
• A deposit is typically required before project commencement
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Multigraphic.lb reserves the right to suspend work on any project with overdue payments

7. Project Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If the Client cancels a project mid-development, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• If Multigraphic.lb is unable to deliver agreed services, a pro-rata refund will be issued for undelivered work

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law:

• Multigraphic.lb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Multigraphic.lb has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Warranties Disclaimer
